Electronics and Electricals

• A Digital, preset Temperature Controller (121ºC) cum Timer (20 minutes).
• The Controller is internally linked to Timer, to start its countdown after attaining the set temperature of 121ºC (approx. 15 psi).
• End cycle buzzer and auto cut-off of heater.
• As control of temperature (pressure) is by switching the heater on / off, there is no venting of steam into room, besides saving on electricity charges.

• Lid is fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve, manual exhaust valve and vacuum breaker cum purge valve.
